It will usually ship the same or next day by UPS. When your order ships, it leaves our building at 4pm. That day does not count towards time in transit. Orders received at the end of the week may have to be shipped the following Monday. Normal business days for UPS are Monday through Friday. We take great care to package the candy so it will arrive in great condition. Items from the online store are shipped by UPS within the United States. The options for the 48 states are Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air Saver. If you need an option that isn't listed (i.e. Next Day Air AM), please call us. The options for Alaska are Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. The options for Hawaii are 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. If you would like to send something to Canada, please place your order by phone. Our chocolates are very perishable, especially during the warm months of the year. If you want to ship candy (in the summer) to the following states you must select the 2nd Day Air option. AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, ID, KS, ME, MA, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, HD, OK, OR, RI, SD, TX, UT, VT, WA, or WY. Ice packs ($1.00) are required during the warm weather months. The polar ice packs keep the candy cool and are reusable. If you forget to choose an ice pack and we feel it is necessary, we'll add one to your order. To view the shipping charge for your order, click on Checkout from the shopping cart. Then you will be asked to 1. Review the order, 2. Choose the shipping address, 3. Specify gift options, and 4. Choose shipping option. Follow those steps and click on Continue. This time under Review, the shipping charge will appear (even before entering your credit card information). At this point, you can continue by completing your payment and billing information, go back and pick a different shipping option, or cancel the order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address. Yahoo will allow you to set up a user name and store your billing information, making it easier to place multiple orders.
