  
1 lb. milk chocolate
1/2 lb. dark chocolate
1/4 lb. chocolate liquor (flavoring chocolate)
1 1/2 cups half & half cream
1. Heat the chocolate ingredients in a double boiler (approximately 115 degrees), stir occasionally. To microwave, use a medium power level and stir well every 2 minutes.
2. Add cream, stir until blended.
3. Keep warm for dipping.
4. Store extra in fridge, add more cream when remelting.
